All of MyEggBank’s programs are designed to bring you peace of mind as you continue your journey toward parenthood using donor eggs. Some are tailored specifically to either fresh or frozen donor cycles, and others can be purchased regardless of your approach.

Live Birth Program
Our Live Birth Program is an industry-first, money back program for qualifying aspiring parents who are seeking the assurance of a live birth with multiple cycles. This program requires an application, submission of testing results and medical records, as well as a review process to determine eligibility.
- It includes three fresh or frozen donor cycles, as well as embryo creation, cryopreservation, and multiple embryo transfers at the patient's home center
- PGT-A is not included in this program
The program provides up to three (fresh or frozen) donor cycles for a one time fee. This includes embryo creation at a MyEggBank premier center where embryos will be cryopreserved and shipped to your center where they will then be stored until a frozen embryo transfer can take place.
There will be additional fees from your center which include all services related to the embryo transfer, including but not limited to testing and/or medications for your cycle and storage of the embryos.
Frozen Donor Egg Options
Egg Survival Program
With this program, you select a donor with six eggs and we will ship those eggs to your center for fertilization. The program ensures that four of the six eggs will survive the thaw. If the terms of your program are not met, you may qualify for an additional six eggs at no charge.
Single Embryo Program
With this program, you select a donor with six eggs and we ship those eggs to your center for fertilization. This program ensures that four of the six eggs will survive the thaw and that aspiring parents will have at least one qualifying blastocyst embryo for transfer. If the terms of your program are not met, you may qualify for an additional six eggs at no charge. Note, if you elect to do PGT testing on the embryos, the terms of your program are voided.
Two Embryo Program
With this program, you select a donor with six eggs and MyEggBank’s partner lab will create blastocysts embryos on your behalf. This program includes embryology fees and ensures that aspiring parents will have a minimum of two qualifying blastocyst embryos, for transfer. If the terms of your program are not met, you may qualify for another cycle at no charge.
Single Euploid Embryo Program – PGT-A Testing
With this program, you select a donor with eight eggs and MyEggBank’s partner lab will create blastocysts embryos on your behalf. This program includes embryology, biopsy and testing fees for any embryos created. The program ensures that aspiring parents will have at least one euploid blastocyst embryo, for transfer. An euploid embryo is an embryo that has been tested and is considered chromosomally normal by the methodologies used by the lab preforming the testing. If the terms of your program are not met, you may qualify for another cycle at no charge.
Fresh Donor Egg Options
Fresh Split Program
With this program, you select a fresh donor and MyEggBank’s partner lab will create blastocyst embryos on your behalf. Aspiring parents can choose between a two or three blastocyst embryo program with embryology fees included. You may add PGT-A testing for the embryos, at an additional cost. If the terms of your program are not met, you may qualify for another cycle at no charge.
Family Building Fresh Program
With this program, you select a three blastocyst program (using up to 18 eggs). You may add PGT-A testing for the embryos, at an additional cost. If the terms of your program are not met, you may qualify for another cycle at no charge.
